β β β β β This gated supercondo has only 49units. In my opinion its the most luxurious in terms of size, layout, quality, location and efficient management of condo and grounds. The facilities are excellent with state of the art gym and 'O' size swimming pool, tennis court,etc...It has breathtaking views - one side facing the sea and the other overlooking town centre! The best place to live in this beautiful island of Penang.

β β β β β Visiting friends and attended a function in ground floor ante room. Could be a nice place t stay with gym, pool and nice central foyer, entry areas. Good parking. Can only give stars on advice of friends who live there and love it.
