★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible service. Called the office on wednesday and they assured me that they will be present at their mayflower airport counter to give me the car. When I arrived on friday, the office was closed, no one was in sight and I had to call the number given to me to locate the personnel manning the airport mayflower car rental counter. When I called, the person told me that he has already went home and he will call his colleague instead to hand the car over to me. After waiting for more than half an hour, his colleague failed to come. I had to contact him again to get his colleague's number. When his colleague arrive, he told me that he was already at home. I had to pay for late car collection fee in addition to having my time wasted at the airport. I am terribly upset and will not be booking with Mayflower car rental in the future.
