Booked regular service, spent slightly more than 2 hours which the first hour was spent just waiting for the car to be driven into service bay. Definitely there is room for improvement in terms of efficiency.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sandwiches are served along with water and a hot drink dispenser. Customer service was friendly and courteous. Customer lounge was acceptable. 1st service there, can't say much about their mechanics but at least they were friendly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the best service centre i have ever visited. It is even exceeds the level of German premium brands in terms of customer service experience and efficiency. The service advisors are very attentive. One thing to highlight is that this service centre opens on Sunday as well.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Overall it was an okay experience. Took me 2.15 hours for 20k service, that is after I declined the carwash and vacuum which would have taken an additional 45 minutes. Ranked it 3rd out of the 3 SC I've visited so far. The other 2 were Padang Jawa and Equine Park.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ So far so good. Went to check for a rattling noise appeared in my boot. Booked appointment, went for a test run with Foreman and immediately knew what is the problem. Fix within 1 hour, didn’t expect that. Hopefully the sound won’t appear anymore
