★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I'm not sure if this dealership have repented and improved, but my experience with them was a nightmare. Wish I can give 0 star rating. Just imagine spending so much money for a new car, only to find it is actually a showroom car, without being told in the first place?
Here's a suggestion,
If you're buying for example, a silver Mazda 2 top spec and they have this exact same model in their showroom at that time, just go ahead and make some mark somewhere on that showroom car.
So when you're getting your car, try to find that mark you have left previously. If there's none, nice, you got yourself a brand new car. If you found the mark, and you weren't told you will be getting a showroom car, congrats, you have just been fu*ked. Your next step is up to you.
It's so unethical but it's something I wished I have done had I known how untrustworthy and disrespectful they are towards their customer. I have this problem of being too nice and nerdy face and that's probably a green light for them to try to scam the fu*k out of me later on when I made the deal.
The dealership was extremely lucky that I wasn't an avid social media users at that time. I let them go coz I believe in second chance, so I hope they have made some self reflection and stop trying to fool their own customers by now.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mr kelwin is an honest trustworthy salesperson even though we didnt buy from him.
We've been looking for specific color of cx5,cx30 but didn't find one in stock due to high demand. So we went to other dealer that claimed to have the car we wanted and just to find out in the final week that they don't have it in stock after we booked and loan approved.
I'm giving mr kelwin the best review here because of his honesty and very good service. He brought us for test drive without hesitation. He warned me to check with the dealing I've made with the other salesperson that in the end was true.
I really appreciate his help and he deserved a lot of credit for his honesty.
