★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Clean place and the receptionist is efficient. Easy to locate and easy to find parking. There are ample makan place around so while you waif for your car you can go grab some food. Friendly and never had any issues. They also dont pressure you for unwanted services and will always check when any repairs need ro be done.

I was recommended by a friend to check out Excelcar Service centre when I had problems with my previous workshop, my experience with Excelcar was and still is beyond my expectation, they are very professional in all departments and I am very thankful to have found them. Also, the environment in the workshop is pleasantly neat, clean & tidy. My thanks to everyone at Excelcar for taking care of my car.

They are able and willing to explain the options you have and give reasonable suggestions considering your needs. Timely completion of services too.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst experience I had encounter from a workshop. No one attended to me, I had to walk around to get info. Once attended they were not enthusiastic that I asked for a oil change and left. They don't realize that if they are friendly they make one extra customer and this customer through word and mouth can spread and and add more customers. Maybe they have a big base and are not bother about small jobs.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ There's no transparency on what has been done to the car, and no one bother to explain to you until you ask them line by line, step by step. Be aware of unknown charges in the bill, as there's a lot of vaguely worded charges, and you never know what's been done until you asked them. For my case, services been done on the rear brake only, but charges was doubled to includes the front brake service charges. They've deducted that from the bill once being questioned.
My car's suspension has noises and visited the service centre 3 times to be exact, and it still hasn't been rectified. And the advices given by the technician is to drive slow when there's bump to avoid having noises.
Other than that, if you have repainted or changed to aftermarket wheel, never bother to visit this workshop, as they will scratch or chip the paint of the wheel (due to impact wrench hitting the wheel for my case), and the feedback from them is saying i'm not using original wheel. To be fair, they do wanted to fix it by providing paint touch up.
In conclusion, if you're looking for professional services with transparency on what has been done to your car, go to other specialist workshop or even Bermaz.
