β β β β β Sent my new CX-8 there for diagnosis on the EPB unable to release issue. The outcome is very pleasant and professional service was provided, the technician able to identify, solve and explain the condition in detail. Luckily, it was a small issue which caused by the mold from the water of tinting which cause the electric current doesn't flow properly to EPB.

β β β β β Really good service. Opens everyday including Sunday. Fast service. Easy to RFQ. Free drinks and buns in waiting area. Friendly staffs. And the complimentary car wash is better than most paid car wash.

β β β β β As Juru Service Center is closed, this place serve as a replacement...
Location wise, it is not as good as the one at Juru, but this place is quite spacious. Being new, you need to really find it via navigation app.
Anyway, same service level that you get from Juru... friendly staff and reasonable amenities.
Opposite from the service center is Mazda body repair shop... talking about convenience.

2. Nice and cozy waiting room.
3. Fast and efficient.
Cons:
1. No breakfast provided like others in KL branch.
2. Difficult to find the outlet. (Location in Prai industrial area)
