★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My favourite MBE outlet - only issue is that finding parking outdoors during normal work hours. Outlet is quite small so be prepared to queue outside during peak hours (12- 3pm)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Customer service is almost too good to be true. It's always busy here, but they maintain a professional demeanour. Also, when I asked for fragile stickers, they gave me some for free!
UPDATE: I reduced my rating from 5 to 1 star because I had had enough of the lady's boss's unprofessionalism. Her son messed up my packages, and she blamed it on her staff. It is unfair. Not to mention her employees are grossly underpaid. Please visit other places, even if they are a bit far from Bukit Jelutong. Such businesses should never be supported.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Best thing to have happened to the Bukit Jelutong area! The shop has made it convenient for so many residents and businesses around the area to be able to ship through the various courier services that they represent.
Located at the new Radia commercial area at Bukit Jelutong, the half shoplot store is easily accessible with parking right up to the front of the store. (Note: Now that more shops have opened in Radia, parking is not so easily available anymore)
If you’re an e-commerce seller, dropping off your packages is an easy task with various boxes laid on the left side of the shop for you.
For those who need to send packages, the staff there are really friendly and ever willing to help in any way they can.
Prices are clearly laid out, and because they represent so many different shipping companies, you can easily do some price shopping for the most economical option.
Highly recommended!
