★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Shop close on 2pm,cut off time 12.30,after cut off time,not accept parcel anymore,I go post laju,j & t or mbe centre at klang,also don’t face problem like this,if ship not close,still take parcel event pass cut off time,item can ship out by the 2nd day,but this mbe centre don’t like this,damn bad service,I don’t know is boss give permission like this or stuff do themself?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ MCO notice in front of the door say Mon - Fri 9am to 6pm. Reaches at 4pm to drop off a Lazada parcel, staffs told me closed. But another guy walked in can drop off parcel. Nonsense.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A outlet run by 3 highly INEFFICIENT with UNWELCOME face of adults.
An usual 5 secs of parcel drop off and took me 15 mins waiting outside of the outlets under hot climate with deep sweat, despite there were already long queue behind me - 3 with parcel drop off and 2 with normal courier delivery submission.
When I got my turn entering the shop, I was seeing 2 customers was filling up the courier slips for their long list of delivery items.
What are the 3 staffs were doing? Standing at the counter doing nothing!!!
I am fully respectful for the SOP during the MCO which only allows 2 at one time in the shop. However, this can be tweak to expedite the efficiency of the process.
The quick drop off service can be separated from the normal courier delivery service which takes longer time.
At the same time, the staffs need to be educated to be well manners - not with sourly face and unwelcome tone of voice.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lazy workers. We drop off parcel 2-3pm but just because courier already picked up from them, they wont scan first. Is it so hard just to scan so the parcel updated in system as dropped off already?
Because of your laziness we sellers need to answer 100 over messages of customer asking "sudah ship ke" "kenapa belum ship"?
Try your best to avoid and go direct to courier brances in GM Plaza!!!
