Staff is very patient at answering enquiries both on Whatsapp and in-person, and provides professional recommendations.
There was a mix-up at Poslaju that didn't update my package, notified MBE staff on Whatsapp, and they got it sorted within the same day.
Have been using their services since MCO, and will continue to do so.

Had to ship an item to India last week and their service was excellent
1. The staff over there was professional. Understood the requirement clearly and recommended cheaper / safer way to dispatch the items.
2. After reaching home I realized that there was a mistake in the shipping address. Called them and sent the correct address via WhatsApp. They fixed the address , sent the new tracking number and even msged back when the item was delivered .. Will recommend this one to friends ..
