★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Due the pandemic MBI has strictly control the incoming public to adhere with. the sop but do hope mbi make sure the counters are fully utilize to avoid long queuing.
Due to long queue do hope MBI can install portable fan for customers waiting in long line at the heat of day. Pity the elderly and some who might have medical issue that need to line up for quite some time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ At info said business hour open until 5pm but when reached there at 4pm sharp the guard inform CLOSED, and have to go back there at Monday (I went there Friday).
Please update the business hour there or there will be more people like me in near future. Waste time, petrol, and parking fee but got nothing done in return.

Thumbs up to this Government Agency... Service to the Rakyat for the Rakyat.
