★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gave rm100, return only rm30 even though i bought books worth for only rm30. The cash register didnt even called me back to get the right amount as i was in hurry. Really great if the company fire her. Its not once but 2 times already. Its the chubby one wearing glasses???

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rude staff, always yelling to others, and funny part is i saw a walkie talkie but they never know how to use it. Cashier counter always open one and close one must queue for so long in this pandemic. Please improve your staff and service or it will be shut down.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ the bookstore itself are very spacious and have a reading corner for kids and adults.. it's also very beautiful inside but the stairstep is too narrow and sometimes i even find difficulty to go upstairs? there's variety of books there but somehow when i was searching for school textbook, they don't have it or maybe out of stock... some of the staff are okay but some are kinda rude and they even roll their eyes when i just smile at them.. pls put friendly staff at the cashier next time??

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I can say that this is absolutely the best and the largest bookstore in Kuantan that suitable for all ages. It provides a wide range of books that will make us spoilt for choice every time we come here. I'm one of the loyal customers since I was in primary school and it really worth it to splurge my money on revision books at MBS World as it offers special discount for those who have membership card. Besides that, MBS really encourages children to normalise reading as their hobby because they have chance to buy various story book which can polish up their reading skills and directly it will expend the way of their thinking.To sum up, I highly recommend MBS World to all bookworms out there as it is definitely a paradise of books.
