β β β β β I like McD's latte very much but this is the first time I see my latte come out at this level. It is even lower than the bottom orange level! It will be great if you can STANDARDIZE all your products and ensure your product QUALITY.

β β β β β Worst delivery service ever. Ordered at 5.30pm, received at 8pm. Called several times to ask what's taking so long, driver was blamed. Also, got my order mixed up with others. Called to notify them, they said driver took the wrong bag and that they will redeliver our order but nothing came.
Please hire more staff and stop blaming the drivers for your staff's mistakes. Also give proper training to your staffs (including the manager) as they have attitude problems against the customers.

β β β β β Give 3 stars due to the drive thru is much slower than you walk in . Quite number of time went there for food and you can always see long Queue of cars stuck at drive thru . After i walk in and bought my food and i can still see the car still queuing ( it was in front of the main entrance , after i bought my food came out his car only reaches the drive thru entrance lolz )

Usually, there is also a small crowd if you wanna dine-in, acceptable waiting time. Staff service also good.
