β β β β β the management should close / shut / contain the party area completely if a private party being held, my bad experience while private party being held, there are people / customers that enter the area and eat there, while there are many empty seats opposite the party area, c'mon management of MCD Cheng, i knew you all can perform better

β β β β β This McD just beside the hi-way alor gajah-melaka, but a bit difficult to get parking. I ordered smoky grill burger, double quarter pounder, chocolate sundae & iced mocha. Ice blended mocha which is my favourite, not available at this branch. They follow sop. Only 1 person allowed to go in for take away, and only allowed 85 people to dine-in at 1 time.

β β β β β Bad services. Waited for 45mins for our servings, yet newly arrived custs received their order already. Later found out that our order haven't been made! After one hour finally our food served but with wrong orders! Ordered iced lemon tea but received coke instead! The chicken also very small! Twister fries? Its more like sisa fries! Bad services by the server! Not even apologize to us. Hopefully their services improve, a lot!

β β β β β Kindly pls update correct operation hours!! This MCD closed on 2am, not 24 hours!!! I make an order at 1:05am and before make order,I have check with the counter staff that dine in still allow?and the answer was "YES", so we place an order and wait for our food.but when we get our food around 1:40pm, the staff mention they will closed at 2am,so dine in was not allowed!!!! And one of the staff was very rude ,he seem like really not happy with his job because when he clean up the table after customer leave, he kick the stool far far away and show his impatient expression. I felt very disappointed with this MCD and this is the first time,first MCD that I felt that I will never revisit in future.

Why no stock for sonic happy meals.. ITS NOT HAPPY ANYMORE!!! If you said no stock but actually lazy to have 2 type on your counter better dont work there! Only have 1 but advertise 2 types. ?

β β β β β Ignorant staff. Waited for a very long time upstairs. I found out that my order was ready for quite some time but the staff did not deliver. Ice has melted, burgers were cold, fries became soggy. Sorry for the 1 star but really bad service. P/S: Don't use this branch's table service.
