β β β β β Very bad service, staff don't even care that you are in que.. waited in line for 20mins and only 1 person was served.. gave up and left.. wonder why bother opening staff don't want customers...
It was not busy and many staff was just hanging arround chatting...

β β β β β Took 30mins to get two set meal for lunch after complete payment. It might be due to holiday with a lot of customer; however still it should be able to make it better. Despite of waiting long time, we got cold french fry. A lots of hamburgers were left at kitchen for long time after these were made as well.
The operation was poor.

β β β β β The cheese burger is outstanding. Succulent, juicy burgers with melt-in-your-mouth cheese. The fries are thick and authentic, with a tangy dippy sauce on top. It was incredible! Outsiders have free access to the restroom. I hope that this outlet serves as a model for all others.
