★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was a bit disappointed with the misinformation given by the lady worker as she was asking us what part of the chicken we wanted, and my colleague told her that she needs chicken thighs, but after the order was placed on our table, it was a drumstick and the other worker told us that there is no chicken thighs on their stocks.

It was difficult to handle strawless cups with 4 kids and up to the disappoinment I spilled ice coffee on my shirt while sipping it due to ice out from the cup. When I asked the staff he politely said I am sorry sis straw is only for ice blended mccafe..I was like “this is so unfair and double standard since I also bought mccafe drinks”. Please upgrade your service we paid the same cost for the f&b right.?. Why you should bias to only ice blended beverages???

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ When I arrived, there is long queue outside the premise. However, the staffs are very friendly and handles the situation well. Once inside, the place is a bit crowded with customers waiting for their order. Kudos also to the staffs who manage to adhere to KKM SOP, and keep the crowd in order. There is one customer who unfortunately dropped her order right at the main entrance. Again, the staffs manage to replace her order in minutes without interrupting other customers orders. This is the example of good customer service.
