โ โ โ โ โ This branch should be closed. Drive thru lady canโt take orders properly, missing items in the order. Countless times no item in stock. This franchise is a disgrace to mcd global. This is my 3rd visit to the branch, and they always stun me with their incompetence.

โ โ โ โ โ The worst McDonalds in KL? I would definitely say so. I have ordered a couple of times and I regularly get items missing or orders wrong when ordering from GrabFood. Perhaps the manager of this establishment needs to train his/her staff better.
I would give this establishment 0 stars if I could.

โ โ โ โ โ Neat and clean place, It was little crowded but the service was really fast . We ordered chicken burger meal and it was really tasty.
Near this McD there is a toilet for both men and women and it was really well maintained.

โ โ โ โ โ Not enough with the car park since the restaurant in Shell station area. People that want to come to the McD need to park their car at other place. The staff in there a bit lost because of I need to wait more than 15 minutes for 2 medium of fries ? other than that is good

โ โ โ โ โ Ordered ice latte by drive thru at night today around around 8:30pm. I asked the malay girl and indian boy if they already put syrup and they said yes. Later, i tasted so bitter no syrup, going back again by drive thru, complaint about it, give the ice latte back. However, the malay girl smirk and said sarcastically โsaya da letak 5 pump syrup da cukup rasaโ. My friend tasted it without stir it and say the taste is ok. Later i taste it after stir it, taste sweet as hell, too much syrup. I feel so played by them, and they didnโt even say sorry. The malay chubby girl wore grey uniform so she must be upper rank. No manners, rude to customer and doesnโt have the courtesy to apologise. Not a good leader, please give the job to someone more qualify. Fix the staff attitude, work sincerely, if you donโt want to give proper service to customer, then quit!
