โ โ โ โ โ Order is delayed often and language is an issue for foreigners. Staffs are not well behaving and communicates in local language, would be better if they'd do it in English

โ โ โ โ โ Since I live nearby, when I order delivery, it will always come from this branch. If you order chicken via their own app or 3rd party delivery, you will certainly never get what you request. If you request keel and wings with claim that you don't like other parts, they will give you breast and drumstick. Not once, not twice but almost all the time we order with specific instruction, they won't be bothered to follow it. Really disappointed with it my wife end up refusing to order chicken from delivery service anymore since you certainly will never get what you request, even a piece of it. We end up using grab or foodpanda and choose other nearby branch instead if we really want chicken.

โ โ โ โ โ I ordered 2 Bubur but all i got is a drink maybe? Is this how Mcd Litrak cook their bubur really? Too too watery & tasteless at all tho! Since it's a drive-thru so maybe they know we won't bother to come back and complain. Kudos.

โ โ โ โ โ I usually go through the drive thru but the Lunch Q was so long. First time walking in after many years. Service is fast and fair. You can order at the counter or the self service interface, then pay by cash at counter or by card. It's probably faster to walk in to order then drive thru. The staff pun semua cute2. Must be a good workplace.
