โ โ โ โ โ French fries totally can't eat. Cold and hard. Totally look like not cook at all. The rest still consider ok. Staff attitude so so only.. even manager also play with their staff in front of the shop.

โ โ โ โ โ Very slow, keep on mistake while giving the ordered item.. Miss or forget.. And took long time (more than an hour). Due to drive through, food panda drivers, walked in customer and insufficient staffs to overcome the peak hours... Even ordered and then wait 15min and tell u out of stock

For someone who is coming to your place for the first time, instead of saying of saying โwelcome, sorry or no dine in yet and only one customer is allowed in at the timeโ, the first thing that came out from his mouth when I walked in was โsatu orang, satu orangโ with that bossy tone. N also thereโs no signboards either. I believe I didnโt walk into a pasar malam ( in fact the hawkers are more respectful) I think your worker needs to be trained on customer management.

โ โ โ โ โ Came to drive thru. Before ordering, I already asked whether there is durian Mcflurry and Milo ice. Then, the lady say yes so I pay the waitress and waited for 25mins. After that, another lady came and said no stock and even Milo ice also out of stock. Hello ? It's 3.30pm and I waited so long then only inform me ?
Nevertheless, the service was nice if and only if the manager is there lah.

โ โ โ โ โ Very friendly staff. The manager guides me on how to order and speaks English fluently. They also have drive through facility even though there's no drive through lane.. you just park your car in the designated McD parking lots, their customer service will come to you to get your orders. Unique experience.
