★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bad and slow service for drive thru at 8.30am. Asked for breakfast set of 2 chicken sausage muffin with eggs WITHOUT cheese but they gave with cheese even though there's a sticker NO Cheese written on the orders after parking aside for 15 minutes. Unfortunately I only noticed it when reached at tol gate of Air Keroh otw to KL. Management please look into this matter as I went through this issues and incomplete orders quite frequent nowadays in most drive thru service. To me it shows that they were not really focused and busy chatting among them while preparing the orders especially when there's not much of customers. It was really upset and disappointed for such an established business like McD with such a poor service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lot of Miss communication. I had repeat more than twice about my order. At the end, i still get the wrong item. I pay for add on 7 cheese slice for 2 burger but i only got 3 pieces. I tell the worker to do something about the íssue. About 4 worker come and ask again and again about the add on's item. At the end i still got the same burger which is i had pay for the add on,but I didn't get it. Please upgrade the work's system. Thanks.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I redeemed some drink at their kiosk using qr code and suddenly it's not working. The voucher become obsolete by the time I reached the worker and they said they cannot do anything. Not even refunding. The other voucher works fine kot ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went here yesterday for beef burgers. Got new menu, beef samurai & beef shogun (with fried egg). The popular BTS menu is also available here??. Went inside the restaurant since quite longer queue for drive thru. No customer beside me inside the restaurant. I ordered for about RM 110+ and the service here was quick beside ice blended mocha & ice blended chocolate ?
Also ordered choc cake mccafe by secret recipe ?
