★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Clean place. Staffs are nice and helpful. However queue for drive-thru usually very long. Parking area are limited and you need to wait for drive-thru customer to give you some space to enter the parking area. Overall 8/10.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kiosk order is fast and convenient, but staff are not trained to handle huge order. Taking a very long time (I have waited 1.5 hrs) for my food to be ready to serve completely because they never follow order number, jumping and skipping for difficult meal set and always do the easy and simple order. What’s the point for having ordering system. Somehow, when ask the staff regarding my order status, never come back with answer - serdang disediakan. So how much longer the customer have to wait? Terrible..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hi, I would like to lodge a report about the morning service of a Sausage with Scramble Eggs, which turned out to be unacceptable. Is it a dozen of eggs used for the scrambled on a burger or is it scrambled eggsssssss soaked in water for a night?
We cant even hold the burger as liquids dripped. In few minutes, the buns are completely wet soaked with liquid with I believed come from the scrambled eggs, thick prepared eggs not to be seen as scrambled and what else? Please don’t release such serving to others.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The drive thru is always packin' with customers. Gotta go there during non peak hours. There are actually lot of space to park but it is a bit narrow. Eating space is quite comfortable if you don't mind with the table settings.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I prefer to go to the counter because the drive thru line quite long. They have 2 parking space, one at front(but always full) and one at the back. Need to wait to use back parking since they use the same entry lane with drive thru lane. For dine in, you can go to the second floor. The staffs are helpful if you don't know to use the order machine.
