★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 1st the ice-cream prepared at counter for 10 mins while waiting for my other order ready. So by the time send to me it's been melt and soft. Asked for replace. Then the brown sugar boba is not cook properly. Happen at this Plaza OUG Brunch as of 6th May 2021, around 2:30pm.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Iced lemon tea too sweet, iced milo very tasteless. Rude staff speaking snobbishly asks to clear own table (i always clear my own table). She couldve have worded it nicely and say it politely. Instead, she raised her ugly voice. The makcik at kaunter also ignored when i called for a cup of ice. Full of garbage staffs. Dont come/ order delivery here or you’ll regret it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Order food through foodpanda. The hot teh tarik tasted soooo bad, only worth to throw into the sink. No taste at all. Fries no salt, very cold and plain. The chicken tasted like it is from yesterday. And been fried twice!! The skin is very hard. Very dissapointing for the price i have to pay! Please do your work sincerely. Bad bad service. Bad outlet.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Order via grabfood. I feel Mcd outlet OUG 15 scam me. Order spicy chicken medium set , but get very small thigh and wings. Chicken taste very very bad and chicken looks like McD buy the chicken at mamak’s restaurant. Chicken very dry. As a pregnant lady i feel very disappointed having dinner today. Order coke, but get 100plus with zero taste. Milo taste was horrible. I want my refund!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Order lain dapat lain.. Order Spicy chicken mc deluxe tapi dapat cheese burger.. seriously staff tak check ke ap cust order? This one I ordered from grab ya.. not drive thru and so on.. if drive thru I will check first.. Bad service.. if no star I will give ZERO STAR.. Please double check first what cust ordered baru bagi kt rider.. Cust bayar lebih but dapat bende lain..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wow.. a series of 1-star bad reviews by other customers, let me share my bad experience here.
The self-order kiosk was NOT switched on, thus i went to the counter. The lady counter staff, i guess a manager as she was in black/grey shirt, insisted in a rude tone that i should order via the kiosk. Confused, i went and double checked on the kiosk, the screen was black and i confirmed that it was switched OFF. I told the counter staff i couldnt order via the kiosk, the staff rolled her eyes on me and walked off into the office, as if i was an idiot... luckily another male staff politely said sorry, checked the kiosk, and helped me to order at the counter...
Thanks for the help from considerate male staff...
To the rude female staff, maybe service line is not suitable for you, get another job...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ordered kids meal. The burger old stock. Not cooked properly. So dry n hard. Order from food panda. Very bad service. This how u serve us. I am paying for my food not free. How to eat like this. The person who pack this burger don't tell me you don't know whether it's fresh or not. Just blindly pack. Giving old stock for me to eat... What the hell is this. I want back my refund. Already sent a complaint to food panda.
