โ โ โ โ โ Yesterday 28 April went there around 11.45pm collect my order and told that no chicken no rice while I ordered chicken and some more I need drive thru collection also cannot.. i go inside and see alot people que there due to same issue also... My order haven't refund yet until now. While I been told can cancel it by them after 2 hours.

โ โ โ โ โ Poor management, order food instore, the food was done prepared but no one send it to the counter. Everything is just a mess. The food portion also smaller compared to other franchise. Order online, the order list is correct but things received are incorrect. Totally speechless, gonna blacklist this franchise.

โ โ โ โ โ What should I say about this branch? The operator is never attentive. Lots of problem.
1. Cashier - Cashless Payment modes always an issue. Always can't use the QR or even any cashless mode. Luckily each time I would have sufficient cash on me. When get to the counter to make payment they will inform "the system not functioning so we need to collect cash".
2. Orange Juice Machine - it frequents breakdown. Either it is not dispensing sufficient orange juice or too much water until it is so blend it is just like drinking water. Using the drive-thru, what do you expect me to do when it is not what I ordered. Usually just "forget about it" cos so much trouble to make complaint. Even made complaint on their customer care site, there is never response.
3. Corrugated drink holders - use some common sense please when come to this. It is a drive-thru hence MCD needs to ensure the safety of placements of the drink cups. When have 4 tall large cups in a corrugated holders - it doesn't hold well especially when the drinks are cold. The holders melt like ice and soften. this wont hold. each time I have to force the packers to double it. FORCE! Goodness!
4. Paper bags packaging - another big problem. Placed all orders in a paper bag that never holds. the moment reach home from the MCD Drive-Thru, the handle of the paper bag falls apart. I am not sure how McD teaches the packers to understand the weight that each type of paper bag can support. Today, ordered 4xsmall porridge, 1set of double cheeseburger with large orange juice and a 9-PC nugget. Will your largest paper bag holds all these items?? Let me tell you, it doesn't. Everything fell apart cos the handle cannot support the weight.
5. Traffic havoc for the Drive-Thru - Another headache especially during peak hours . Especially for vehicles turning cross-traffic from Jalan Klang Lama. Vehicles just force their way across and block the on-coming traffic outgoing to Jalan Klang Lama. On top of that, queuing to turn across, builds traffic blocking the traffic coming into Taman United. Why dont have only 1 drive-in queue instead of allowing multiple queues which will cause traffic congestion due to McD Drive-Thru.
Please do take note of the above to improve your Drive-Thru KPI and service.

โ โ โ โ โ Firstly was quite ok, but twice when I order it was not complete as what I ordered. Having to go back with a long que is a headache too. Paid for things but didn't get what i should get. When ask if everything is correct, they reply "Yes", when got home food always missing. Just hope that the staff focus more on the customer order and not waste time chit chatting with colleague and not check properly before handling to the customer, very bad service ?????????

โ โ โ โ โ Either the McDonalds brand or this outlet has terrible quality control.
This outlet often leaves out items you pay for and the food is often cold.
Recently I purchased an ala carte medium fries for RM5.50. For paying that much I received a half-filled packet of soggy, cold fries.
Upon reaching home and immediately handing the packet to my partner, they asked if I had already eaten half of it- that was how little was given.

โ โ โ โ โ Lousy staff always mess up my order on drive thru. Management please take note on this issue! This is not the 1st time I faced this issue. You have to understand that we use drive thru for convenience sake. We will not always double check all of our orders everytime as there are still long queue of cars waiting behind us. On my last visit, I ordered triple prosperity beef burger, when I got home and want to enjoy my meal, only found out that you guys gave me the single one! So I paid for the triple and got the single. Come on! How many times you have to disappoint your customers until they fed up to your place and never visit again? You are lucky that you are the only McD drive thru around Old Klang Road area.

โ โ โ โ โ Omg I ordered the porridge and nugget today but idk why the porridge so oily n watery..the nugget is not fresh too, its not even hot or crunchy.. my appetite to eat going 0 coz erm for me this look like leftover ? ..I hope the manager will give serious action on this problem

โ โ โ โ โ This branch's QC in ensuring that the food is correct is horrible. Ordered a double GCB set but receive a normal GCB. (Wheres my missing patty?? Tax is it) This is not the first time I've gotten a wrong order or a missing item from this branch. At this point I feel like its deliberate negligence. As a FNB, at least train your employees better to check the order and prepare the food properly. I don't care if I get my food slower, at least get it right without anything missing.
I am never going to patron this branch again, I'd rather drive further to the Kuchai Lama branch or even the Sri Petaling one than to ever go to this one.
