★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I'm a regular customer to this branch McD. Totally upset with the service provided. The cashier young lady was very rude unprofessional. I was waiting to order at the drive thru, the screen was blank and no one responded. So I went straight to the drive thru payment cashier, she asked me to reverse the car and order. I told her I cant since there was a car behind me, apparently she gave me a death stare and looked at me like she dissatisfied. She literally bang the sliding. Kindly improve your service MCD sec 22, do monitor your staff and advice them not to be rude to customer as we are paying for the food not there for free food.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Crowded with all food delivery. Constant loud voice from managers asking their staff to keep up with orders while the staff seem like very relax and ignoring the manager (bcos it a lady). Wait 15min to get breakfast order bcos they have to prioritize the delivery order as well the drive thru order .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If I can give no star would be great. They allow u to order but no dine in. But u can eat at their eating tables, no fan or air cond on inside. Delivery riders all hogging the cashier area. Waited almost 20mins for a porridge that is not even hot. Lady behind not even wearing mask yelling at other staffs, McDelivery guy also not wearing mask. So unprofessional and unhygienic. Will never come here again.

Due to the early morning... around 8 am, overall so far ok.
The stall is clean & tidy but the female washroom... some part, not in good condition (malfunctions - maintenance issue).
Hopes the management can look into that matter and take fast action.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The lining up for drive thru is quite mess because people queue from 2 line becoming 1. Also, trailer truck also comes at the corner from main road so when its a scary experience but glad the driver is calm. Also many food already finish at 10pm+

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Can this mcd branch look into the fries preparation? Coffee is good but why the fries I buy always served cold? Happened to me not the first time but several times already and I'm so fed up with this cold fries. For reference, my order number 224, 4.40pm, 6Apr2022.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's understandable that service is slow because the branch is understaffed.
But it's sad and disgusting to see MALAYSIAN culture of people eating and leaving the paperbags and containers at tables, waiting for staff to come and clean each table.
There's CLEARLY a trash can and place to arrange the trays in 1 place.
It's 2022, are we still not moving forward?
