β β β β β Always long queue for drive thru, so I decided to walk in and order from the counter, but they told me they only accept order from drive thru. Wt..?
I then proceed queueing for drive thru. When its my turn, the ordering station is all dark and quiet. No one is taking my order for like 10 minutes.
I then proceed to the payment station to order from there.
But the cashier lady rudely asked me "what do you want?".
I answered " I want to order because it was all quiet for 10 minutes at the order station".
She replied "next time when the order station is all quiet, you have to wait until someone is talking to you! Now go back and queue again!"
Hell no maam, Id rather buy coffee and breakfast from Zus coffee than wasting my time on your rude farce.
Oh btw they only accept cash, on top of only accept drive thru, no dine in. So folks its not worth it to come here.

β β β β β Need to fix the air condition and ventilation for better dine in experience. Felt so stuffy and hot (10th May 2022)
Previous experience on drive through was also quite bad due to extremely long queue time and wait time. Secondly was the worker who takes order needs to be trained as she was quite rude.

β β β β β Used to be my kids' favourite place for their weekend fast food, but the service had plunged tremendously. Drive through is slow with long Q, ordering inside at kiosk is not efficient at all, if you choose to pay at counter, there isn't any one serving. Even after u managed to order, the "fast" food takes more than half an hour to be served. Seriously, poor management or understaff?? I hope one day you can improve again.

β β β β β Apparently came in today and not able to collect my online order in store. But have to queu in DT. Major inconvenience as the queu of DT itself is longer than usual.

β β β β β Most inconvenient fast food outlet I've experienced so far. We walked in and wanted to take away but we're only able to order through mobile app n collect, the most ridiculous thing is that the app are unable to order French fries but there's stock in there, eventually we had to change the fries to Apple pies first then the staffs will prepare the fries for us instead. Seriously???
