★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This mcd provide drive thru and delivery option. The inside was spacious and have a lot of seat. However, everytime there is a new menu that might go viral, this mcd will be full of customer. The drive sometimes has a long queue especially from 7 pm to 10 pm. Parking was quite limited for me though

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Asked for hot fries. Got cold ones. Waited in the car very long.
Once i asked for the fries to be put outside the pack. So that i can eat the fries while they are still hot in the car. But the staff put the fries far inside the pack. I had to take out everything from the pack to reach the fries, put everything back into the pack.
Lack of attention and understanding when listening to customer’s instruction.
Asked for ribs and wing. Got breast and drumstick instead. What the heck. I dont know wehether the staff recognise chicken parts or not.
Management, please make sure your staff know the chicken parts.
Put labels on the hot trays.
Please also make sure they understand customers instructions. Listen attentively when customers speak.
Service quality dropped since new owner took over from Golden Arches. Only the same sign left. Service quality lost.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ lousy service. When drive thru to buy breakfast by 7-8am, always need to collect food by my own at the counter. Ask me to wait at the side and the staff will deliver the food later. But turn out the food just placed at the counter but no staff want to deliver the food. What is the point to drive thru if i always need to collect the food at the counter. Dissapointed ??

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staff service can be a bit alow during peak time, otherwise they are quite ok. Just a bit disappointed during Ramadhan because we have queued drive through few times only to learn that a lot of items are finished and only left with very very limited choice.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Reached there before 8am. Just 1 customer dined-in. Another guy was ordering via kiosk. I ordered via kiosk as well. No receipt was issued. I went to the counter, I haven’t finished gv feedback, the staff asked me to order via kiosk. When I said I haven’t paid as no receipt, with muka ketat she pretended like she was trying to solve at cashier but then disappeared wt no explanation. Staff there not friendly at all. The lady who serve for drive thru ( the one who send the order at customer’s car) can say ‘pagi2 nak makan cake apa hal?’ When she needed to send pandan gula melaka order. It’s up to the customer what they one. There’s no right or wrong with that. The customers kept coming in and the manager (lady in blue uniform), just ignored the crowd where the kiosk got no receipt, customers are standing as the most of the tables are occupied with boxes (new stock were coming perhaps), where the section was closed (near the sink, abt 10 tables) yet, she was busy wt cleaning some dust at display box. That’s all she did. I went there on 3 Nov 2021. This is not the 1st time I had bad bad experiences wt Mekdi

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I must have had the pleasure of visiting Mc Donalds restaurants in at least 5 countries and MC Donalds in Setiawangsa was certainly the worst of them all. I've been coming here for lunch for several weeks with my kids here but from week to week the service gets worse.
Today it looked more like a warehouse of cardboard boxes and plastic boxes with bread that customers didn't have space to sit!!
The table service takes a long time and I have never been able to eat an ice cream that is new because it is always sould out.
Today at 12:20 there was no ice cream, not even a simple sunday!!
