โ โ โ โ โ Bad experience for their service. Slow when processing order. What a fast food restaurant, service damn slow. Terrible service. Must check the food before leaving. I had a experience that less items when back home.

โ โ โ โ โ Been there many times & I would say their services & food really differ. Sometimes good sometimes bad. I received wrong order a few times or got informed some food were out of stock only when I reached the ordering machine when I went drive thru, which I couldn't turn back cuz I was stuck in the queue. But still a nice place to go as long as they don't get ur orders wrong.

โ โ โ โ โ Order delivery from mcd apps, waited so long as no one rang the bell or made any phone calls, the rider just put it on the fence of the house without any notice. After so long doubting why the food not sent to me I walked out, I saw my food on the fence. Immediately phone to the branch and told them the problem, they told me to wait they need to confirm with the sender. 1hour without any calling back

โ โ โ โ โ On 1st April 2022, 12.22pm.
I went to McD Drive-thru, to redeem my McLatte. But I didn't know that there's a QR code to scan after pressing Redeem on the McD app, so I just drove pass the Order section of Drive-thru.
Then I showed my phone to the cashier lady for her to redeem. Then she was looking at me and I was looking at her like whats happening because I didn't redeem through drive-thru before. So it was definitely my bad.
The lady was really kind enough to help me with the redeem process albeit there were many cars behind me (it was lunch hour).
I forgot to catch her name on her name tag but I would like to say thank you to her and her patience for helping me redeem the McLatte although it was my duty to scan at the Order section.
Thank you again to the kind cashier lady that helped me on 1st April 2022, 12.22pm.

โ โ โ โ โ The restaurant itself was good. But 1 of the staff (makcik style/look) was babbling & scolding the other staffs in front of the customer at 2 Apr 2022 around 10.30am.
We want to have our meals with comfortable, we are not at pasar malam.
Your staff also have their dignity or malaysian style term - "waterface". Take care of your staff & they will take care your business.
