★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had to wait about 45 minutes. The reason for the late is because my order receipt were missing. Didn't all McDonald's outlet had a system to detect their customer's order? What if I just wait patiently and didn't complain or ask? Surely gonna waste more time waiting.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ordered mcd nasi lemak waited 30 minutes just to know that nasi lemak Need to wait for an hour. The supervisor were doing nothing only acted busy and can't handle the crowd with the same issue cause of the Nasi lemak, this is the worst mcd I've ever come across with this kind of service even the staff weren't friendly and management sucks.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It took more than 50 minutes to get my 3 Big Breakfast and another two Egg Muffin. It came came in without knifes . Food was cold but more than that, was the scramble eggs which had some paper pieces in it. I believe it’s left over packaging material. I shall give them the benefit of doubt , it was probably unintentional. Nevertheless, it cannot be ignored, they need to buck up.
