★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very disappointed with this outlet. Had been there 20 years before Subang parade refurbished, was badly treated by the staff which was quite rude, insisted customer to make order via the machine. Please understand that customer have their right to walk in and order as how they like, not forcefully ask them to tick via machine!
Please upkeep your fries standard, ss15 outlet was was fresher and better. Such a waste to be located in a nice location!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This location has been reduced in size. it used to be quite big with playground. now its less than half its original size.
At one stage, it looks like it was closed permanently for good, hence, i have updated it waa closed. However, i was there and surprised there are still alive and kicking, though much smaller.
Business despite MCO still looks good.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Used to like to come this outlet before when I was stayed nearby. Very convenient, just at the entrance of Parkson and the main attraction point is their mini playground for the kids when parents shopping here.
Sadly, they didn't hire a senior to take charge of the playground here and kids always make dirty by bring the foods along with them. Now, I don't even dare to sit near here, noisy and dirty, somemore, under MCO.
Ordered my Salty Caramel McFlurry and pie took long-times, waited more than 20 mins....no wonder, so many customers just waiting for their orders only.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went there with my mum on 3rd May just to get her the chocolate sundae cup. Place looked so dim and drab and uninviting. Not at all like McDonald's atmosphere. Tables weren't cleaned and floor was so dirty with food everywhere. Staff did things so slowly and they were understaffed but just too slow for what is fast food :( waited 10 mins for the order to be called and got a half cup sundae with 1 tsp hot fudge. Very disappointing. Will not recommend this outlet as it is dirty and depressing with the limited seating, odd interior decoration and dim lighting. It has long passed its glory days under former Indian lady manager.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have ordered 2 McChicken burgers with extra added egg and tomato. But after home only found out, the burger is WITHOUT the burger chicken meat inside. Just egg and tomato only!! Very disappointed. The store manager / person in charge, please take note. Thanks.
