★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The service of delivery is really bad order is not complete eventhough used Shopee delivery until have to come to the store and get my incomplete order. So unhappy no phone is answered as we call using the number on Google yet after asking they said it’s because our phone not working then why is ringing after 10! Calls!!! This is very disappointing and unhappy such a delivery.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Overall, a good MCD branch. Am just not satisfied with the drive in services. A few times happened whereby they take order and serve the car who queued up behind me first. When I told the worker about it, she did apologize for her negligence (didn’t notice who came first) and I did compensate her with some Raya money though. But I would never recommend anyone to use the drive in services. Much better for you to park your car and order inside your own. Faster.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It happened earlier when I was rushing to school while waiting for my food; I ordered two morning burger breakfast sets, one is with coffee and one is with milo, the worker actually gave two hash browns and the two beverages, very good.... However, the worker only gave one burger which made my mum very mad. Bad experience. Never going there again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The service is nice and fast! Especially the ordering food from the parking lot. Less than 10 min can settled 2 happy meals! Tht is great! The staffs are friendly and happy to chat with when dealing with toys.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very slow drive-in service. There was only a single staff taking the orders and serving all the customers on 4 parking spots. The staff would only come to order after an order has been taken and paid, which I feel is quite inefficient. It is a pain to wait for a staff to just come and take the order, not to mention the wait for foods to arrive, even though the staff was very friendly. I hope there could be more staffs allocated to serve the customers so that the process would be faster and more happy customers would certainly come :)
