★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Too many occurences for take aways, incomplete food received. Order 5 items, got 3 or 4 items. Too many time that i wonder whether their staff kept missing items due to not able to read, or being dishonest. Not due to illiteracy problem I hope.

Staircase height are not convenient for agings consumer and kids.
Sales service friendly.
But sorry to say that.. prefer wider / open spaces instead of to have meals in narrow environment.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Drive thru is something new here. The staff should let the buyers know that they need to park properly and let others park too. Some fools park as if they own the parking and the staff don't bother telling. What's worse is that have to wait for the staff so long to take orders and wait again for the food to be delivered. The process for drive thru is quite long due to not enough staffs.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The food n service is the same as other McD. Standard. The atmosphere is a bit hectic, crowded, noisy due to the kids from the neighborhood. Some of them are not paying customers but still stay in the premises to play in the playground. Screams n loud noises is unavoidable. May not suitable for parents with small children.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No staffs when ordering at the drive-in at night. Plus when ordering please check the prices of the food and the bill paid. The milo tastes like plain water, no taste at all. Waiting for a long time to order and even more late to receive the foods. Even after telling the milo tastes bad, still received the same. The night staffs are not respecting the customers at all and rude. Please order inside if you're in a hurry. The drive-in is not advisable.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good food taste as usual. The environment here was okay clean and we'll maintained by the staffs there. Price is okay as usual. There were not many people when dine in, because many people just take out the foods. Overall good!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ McDonald's Andalas has seen through multiple renovations.
Finally there are ordering kiosk and McCafe available at this outlet. Additionally, there's no drive-thru but there's in-car ordering in which they take your orders from your car.
The interior and exterior has also been changed to accommodate space for food delivery personnel to pickup orders.
At the time of this review, Malaysia is undergoing the FMCO hence no dining I'm is allowed. Only 1 customer is allowed within McDonald's premises to order food at any given time.
Food quality wise, it's McDonald's so there's nothing more to be said about that.
