★ ★ ★ ★ ★ so excited for tanah merah branch, but will not repeat order here, so sucks!!!!! natepo bagi ko ore order siket dulu, letih gitu boh. please improve. i understand that there is a lot of customer and the staff are so tired but this is beyond craziness!! but it is still wrong to give randomly and not in turn!! and right now i still waiting for my mcd

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 3 stars for the food received as ordered, though had to wait for almost an hour. However, that is understood as it was during Raya. The toilet, on the other hand, was ungraded. Water filled the floor, both were broken and dirty too.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First time came here as a tourist. Very disappointing and It SUCKS! I just ordered an ice cream and french fries only, 30 mins after still not getting my food? They are not distributing the food in orders. They just skipped some of the numbers. Hello MCD Tanah Merah, please improve your service. People are starving waiting but you guys just don't care?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Do not come during festive seasons especially Hari Raya. 3 hours waiting time for a simple nugget and ice cream order. Manager should have known better than to continue to accept orders even after 200 customers waiting. Definitely will not come again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good place to hangout with friend, but they dont have any wifi here, spacious space good parking space, you can find extra at the back, the food the staff well it was usual because, hey its McDonald's, apart from that i have no complaints

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst McDonald’s ever, poor food serving control, waiting for more than 1 hr and staff ignore request. You can see all customers are angry and anxious but staff inside is laughing and playing instead of preparing food

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is the first time i come and dine in since normally i prefer drive thru. For dine in experience, i am totally satisfied. ?????? I use self service machine to order and the staff assist me well and very detailed. i dont need to go to counter to take my order, just take the table tag and wait for the order to come. the order come less than 10minutes. while waiting, the staff asking me to do the feedback using the mcd apps and get free drinks as rewards (i dont mind, i love free stuff) you can do the feedback once a day and can claim reward from the apps. ✨✨✨
