★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Well overall McD Teluk Intan is always the Best with the service! The staff are well trained not like McD in Tanjung Malim, must train the staff very well so the service will be tiptop! I think theres many new staff in McD Tanjung Malim because its a new McD outlet so they need to attend lot of training so the staff know how to handle customers especially during school holiday n public holiday...i know human are not perfect but still when u work in service line, u must always alert many things..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One order machine is broken (the debit card machine) and customer has to pay at counter (with long queue). The staff there didnt mention about the broken machine. And the machine is still operating. Many people has been fooled by this machine. The staff should disable the machine so that no customer can make order through the machine.
One more thing, order took forever to be completed. Super slow service. Had to wait for more than 40 minutes for a simple breakfast. This is by far the worst mcd I've ever been

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been to many McDs in many states, I could never believe that famous fast food chain can become slow food chain. My order was simple and taken almost 30min to prepare. People who come later get their orders before me! What the heck is going on with this branch? First time see McD was this bad at serving fast food. Please train your manager or hire someone else more competent! This branch was so bad, I don't recommend other people to come here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bad service.Ordered 1 iced chocolate and 1 coke most of the stuff will give a cardboard and very polite but this 1 Indian lady never gives me the cardboard even for 2 drinks and the iced chocolate cup cap was not even tight. Which spilled all over my car and my self . This is my 2nd time getting my food from her and it’s always bad service! I don’t expect people to great me as I know it’s tiring but being treated but being to be treated as if I was begging for food . I’m paying u to serve me :/ . It’s always the drive through . I hope u will do something about this
