★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I rarely goes to MC Donald's since there are too many people on drive thru. ?
But the day I went, I decided to queue up and order on the counter. I think I queue more than 15 minutes and regretted for queing. I should have gone with the drivethru ??.
One thing that I saw was the lady manager (who wore purple uniform) was very fast into making sure everyone got what they ordered. That is a 5???? for the lady boss. She was all around the place. 1 minute she is at the counter distributing food/orders and the next minute she is at the entrance door to make sure only 5 diners in the restaurant.
Good job ???. But no 5 stars for the queue and a lot of staff in the kitchen but u can see they are still short-handed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Customer service here is very good. Coming from big city where my order always through kiosk, having a person to help me ordering for my family's dine in is very helpful.
The CSA that was working today (11 Dec 2021, 3pm) should be given a praise and a raise for her well done job.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Never bother to review mcdonald’s but my hometown mcdonald’s i have to? never eat mcd anywhere in the world apart from my temerloh mcd. staff actually go out of the way to help you, mccafé drinks here i swr better than any coffee shop i had even in europe america etc. Ayam goreng bestnye . Just don’t bother drive thru, lebih senang u park + masuk to order?
