Took 3 staff to take my order (one simple menu) and can see on their faces how reluctant they were…
Come on it’s Langkawi which is an international destination as per Malaysians themselves and it’s a USA brand….
Flurry machine was broken… why not a spare? No upsell offered at all…
Disappointing. Huge lack of training, caring and of course customer service but hey we are in Malaysia…
Even in Terengganu (more conservative and less developed state) their English is better and much more friendly too!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Super clean environment. I went there around 1100am. This is the first macdonals I went thru where the staff was so polite and giving welcome greeting during enter into the macdonals.. And one more thing was, they write some words in the cup like 'enjoy'. I dindt experience it before. Taste and price are similar to other mcdonalds.
Really appropriate and salute the staff in this outlet.
Reconmand for other to dine in here.

I ordered quite a few. One of the order was wrong. Double spicy sesame burger but given the single one. So, I make a feedback on the MCD app. This outlet called me and send the correct one to my hotel. Thank you for the followup.
