1st visit waited more than 30mins for a coffee
2nd time order nasi lemak get no cutlery and sambal need to turn back all the way...
3rd time, had the worst fries ever.. never had a fries that is warm and taste horrible.. (I eat immediately inside my car)..
Will never return to this branch.. worse ever..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was assisted by a plum malay girl forgot to jot down her name. She was sweet 'hitam manis'. Seriously very gooooood service. From beginning until i leave the place. Very nice place and service. Recommended.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I placed an order "spicy triple beef with cheese large meal", but sent me a double cheese burger. I call them..they need me to return the wrong burger before I can get a new one.
Asked how long to wait, the person in charge replied that it only takes 10 minutes (but I waited as much as 40minutes) is just a burger... The distance between is less than 10 minutes by motorcycle… If everyone in fmco can go out to pack food, I would not choose online order delivery…

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We have been waiting for more than 10minutes for the fries! But look at the fries! Not even full!! The large fries also not even half full! We paid for them! We should get what we paid for! So disappointed with the staff service and the quantity of food!
