★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Awful staffs who never reveal their name. Called to make an appt to do a laser treatment. When I arrived they claimed doctor wasn't available and I was being directed to another shop next door, where is Mary Chia! I was so embarrassed as the supervisor told her staffs in front of me to check my ic again clearly to proof it's really my first time here. Initially there were only me and a consultant in a room, ended up total 3 consultants were persuading me to sign their expensive package, which I can take home their premium durian skin serum. I paid for RM300 oxygen facial as they claimed it suits my face best. Result was so so, less effective than professionsl laser treatment for sure. First and also last time here.
