★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Super rude customer service: I made call to ask some inquires regarding the flowers order and options, at first they hang up the call since I just started greeting "hello I just want to ask....." ; fine, I thought they mistakenly pressed the hang up button, second time when I called them, they didn't even apologize for the hand up, they just asked me to whatsapp them, alright after I whatsapp them and they just seen my message without any reason and replies. I didn't ask any stupid questions though, this is how you manage a business??
