โ โ โ โ โ One of the worst siew yoke ever, we only realized that the meat is still partially raw after we brought home, as expected it turns out bad with odour (็ช้ชๅณ) even after we fried with strong, spicy flavours.

โ โ โ โ โ Iberico pork ribs hit the right note this CNY. Popped into oven ready to serve in 20mins. Highly recommended. Juicy and tender. Chorizo and garlic sausages for a break from all the Chinese traditional fare. Easy to fry and build one's own sandwich for lunch. Cheers to the team.
