★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Thought it was Steering rack issue for the knocking sound, but Lex diagnosed and determined that it was actually Steering motor issue. Been considering to get it repaired for 2 years and finally just did it.
Steering feels good now and feels new. Lex's professionalism and patience in explaining is highly recommended.
