My swab test result didn't update on My Sejahtera.
Ask them but no response from them.
I make appointment for Saliva - PCR test.
They said okay when I was there (PJ branch) they told me no stock already.
What is the point of your appointment.

β β β β β Don't trust this Clinic. They doing business like cheating, when appointment time and pax inform us everything ok, all got stock. When we arrival there, the reception there inform us to upgrade package due to the package we want no more.
It's ok, then we choose another test, but at the end, want to collect report time, need to pay another extra payment due to they did another test to us.

β β β β β Such a great clinic with great doctor and nurses The wait times are relatively short (usually 15 minutes maximum). The doctor and nurse practitioner are so understanding and helpful. Office staff is great too β very friendly and professional helping to book appointment

β β β β β Used this Kelana Jaya clinic for travel PCR testing . Excellent service by courteous Sally and her team. Well organised with clockwork efficiency . Promotion price was very competitive and affordable compared to other test centres . Booked online and waited in carpark for drive through service . Would highly recommend Medi Safetest Kelana Jaya for PCR Covid testing .

β β β β β Went here Last Friday (22/4/22) to do my covid test. The Indian lady and the Indian guy are very polite and nice. The Malay tudung lady who did the covid test is very rude.

β β β β β Very competitive price for RTK testing. A little bit difficult to get to. Premises are very basic, hardly any seating. Little bit of queue to register, and swabbing done outside. Not quite as clockwork as the more upmarket clinics, but everyone was polite. Results get messaged to you 1 hour or so later, if you want hardcopy, you self print or wait. 5 stars for price, overall 4 star experience.

β β β β β Like others highlighted, the test package price offered is competitive. The place is technically a clinic, but a specific purposed clinic for Covid testing. That being said, theres no puffy seats n cool AC waiting area, as when you come (appointment or walk-in) you do regs and payment, and wait a while before your turn to do the test. Only ppl here are for covid specific test, and no other illness treatment, thus fast.
I called in to make an appointment, then all subsequent process are via whatsapp handled by a friendly chap. All my queries are answered there. As i showed up on appointed test day, make payment, n wait for my turn to do test. All done in 10mins.
If you want puffy ac waiting area, this place is not for you. If you want consultancy on your covid health status, this branch(KJ)is probably not the place for it too
