★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ongoing pkg price -Basic from rm$80 to full pkg rm$155.Check out their prices and they do offer delivery services to respective dr's at private hosp.Customers are well greeted and taken good care regarding their enquiries.However i do hope they do cleared out the hallway to the toilet.Place is a bit messy with cupboards and bags where customers might trip and fall easily.Toilet is far end back.Hopefully the toilet lights bulb is replace with a white bulb instead so place is much brighter.Lab tech staff std shld wear hand gloves when needling to avoid cross contamination.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Being a healthcare center involving blood work, the hygiene of this place is questionable. For urine collection, one has to go through a cluttered hallway into a kopitiam alike run down toilet; while the venue does it work, but it’s not what I would expect from a healthcare establishment.
The blood withdrawal was done right at the front reception, the staff who helped withdraw blood neither wore any gloves nor washed her hands before pinching the needle in my arms.
Oh wait, they have not explained, verified and confirmed what packages was I signing up for before pinching that needle in me. It was appalling.
While being asked if I want to have any add-on test on top of the standard package, the guy at the reception who probably has a Monday blue, show little to no interest to explain what add-on services/tests are available. In fact, when being asked a few additional questions, he seems clueless at what services he was selling. He has no passion to what he is doing and show no interest to do it well. I have to hold back my temper from lecturing him to get some training and be more serious at his job.
Oh well, they are doing a promotion with a discounted price (hence the 2 stars), what more can I ask for. I get the service that I paid for, cash only.
