★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dealing twice with this company, seems like every things went well.
Problem happen on 3rd times, when i ordered 8k pcs namecard printing and managed to get a good price. But end up, only 1 side printing for the outcome. Rechecked the invoice only mention 1 side (*last time are both), and their staffs blamed for art work that i emailing only covered 1 side. Once i rechecked the email, the file was ok with 2 layer in it for front & back. I fowarded the email back them & went to their place to re-check the email. The file was working with 2 layers. Same art work was printed here last time, and things went very wrong this time. There were no sorry from them, only offer half price for re-print the cards. Once is enough, there something wrong and need to be fixed in this company. Avoid deal with them since you still have many printing companies out there!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Im a more than a year customer... Just having a really bad experience with them and they not responsible at all especially farah and Qi qi... Charge me for 300 pieces card for rm200++ compare with outside only rm145.. Somemore just a 300 pieces card take a month to complete!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bad quality for smaller production e.i stickers. Graphic designer just copy and paste the artwork without advising the client that the artwork will appear blurry. Plus, did not edit the artwork like increase the resolution. Simply COPY AND PASTE. Would not recommend this for anyone that wants to print small size stickers. Although miscommunication happens within 24 hours the graphic designer sincerely apologize and offer to reprint the stickers. I would say that customer service is good, they take care of their customers and easily approachable.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Price was cheap but please bear the risk you might end up paying more. Reason why they are cheap bcoz they quoted the cheapest solution without go on site for more accurate quotation. Having so much of trouble engage with this company. Super bad experience. Funniest thing is they showed me the lousy job done by others company and assume i will accept the job did by them for comparison. This kind of attitude will nv run the business successfully and eventually ruin his own empire.

The staff in charge of us is Qiqi, she is very helpful and responsive. We are very satisfied with their speedy service and smooth communication.
