★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Never buy this product or anything from this company. Had problem after a few months. Broken buckle. Reply from Medifeet rep without even bothering to look at the sandals to determine the fault was the model I bought has been kept in the warehouse for a long time and it is not their problem. It seems it is my fault that I had bought their product that is over the shelf life at normal retail price. I would give it a minus star if I could for their arrogance. This amount to cheating.
I would not have been so pissed if the rep have only bother to have a look at the faulty product. Judging from his blunt reply, this could be a common issue with this company.

I am very impressed with the kind, caring and professional manner in which Fathiaa served me. It was no trouble to try several pairs to get the right one for me. Also I'd never come across videoing someone's walk to make sure all points of the foot were correct.
I would definitely recommend your store. Thank you again.'
