β β β β β One of the rudest customer service response ever. Just because it is the official photographer for the royalty of Kelantan does not mean you can treat your customer and putting a price like does not make sense at all. RM 16 for 4 photographs are ridiculous. Plus, the quality of the pictures are not worth at that price with glitches here and there. You may think you are making big bucks out of this opportunity but at the end of the day, you will surely be losing more of your customers in years to come. Only one star is given if no change persists along with the staff rudeness and uncouth manners.
