Why korek-korek, because they hide ayam inside nasi, so when u wanted to eat the chicken, u need korek-korek the nasi to get ayam. For the taste, okay lah. Mi tongkang special got udang, sotong, a few pieces of ikan and frozen lobster meat. They are using instant mi poh as a mi. Which is i like. The soup was thick, the taste was plain. For me they need to put it extra seasoning, and u really need to eat with chili, baru syiok!!
