★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Used to be a regular in one of the outlet. The staffs used to be very nice to talk with. However, recently I feel pressured when walking in. They keep pushing me some sort of supplements. Firstly I bought a bottle to try, but then it keeps coming. Everytime I mention any symptoms, that particular mega brand will be mention. It's also so frustrating when they keep promoting to change the supplements I wanted. I don't mind people introducing me new things but then I feel its too much when the same brand is mention. So frustrating and also pressured to drop by.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good pharmacy products but they insist on following you around the store and stare at you whilst you shop, even after I tell them that I don’t need assistance and I will ask them if I need something. VERY uncomfortable shopping experience. Please change this. Learn from Sephora: red trolley: need assistance / black trolley: leave privacy to shop, thank you

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Today i went to megakulim taman selasih . I found a rude lady there. I was preferring to buy candid -b cream. But i probably forgot that name of Medicine at the moment and i try to explain at the indian staff. She was not understanding what im trying to say.. so i try to communicate with malay staff there. Sudden, the Indian staff approach me in rude words in tamil. 'heloo you can tell me first'. She say this way in rude tone. What the hell, we try to explain they still dont want to listen .then if we communicate with other staff they approach us like insulting.. i think this will be my last visiting megakulim.how rude they approaching customer. Im a member of megakulim but bcoz of rude indian staff ill stop visiting there.. thanks alot. If people no educated try to explain wat medicine they want .please 'jangan berpandangan rendah. Harap maklum. U are not god servent if u working in farmasi. Im sry to be rude????
