貴公司的產品真的很不錯，價格也公道。
所以一直以來貴公司都是我的首選，但唯一令我不解的是貴公司的某位員工服務態度真的非常有問題呢！ 竟然對顧客愛理不理，完全體現出超不專業水平! 最可笑是告訴我說我要的東西沒有存貨。。 我也硬著頭皮好聲好氣再問: (好像求老爸醬?)可否幫我看看其它分店有無存貨。妳竟然心不甘情不願幫我check之後就告訴我說別的分店那裡有存貨，叫我可以去別的分店買。。我就開車去到貴公司的分店看看，結果竟然也沒有貨! ! 聽好！是沒有貨! ?
靠！ 小姐! 這樣玩我也太爽了吧！??
對! 沒錯! 我說的就是妳! (jalan tunku putra 分店)貌似泰裔的小姐!??
妳倒說說看我應該感激妳，讓我有機會開車到處兜風嗎？??妳應該慶幸我那天沒空，不然我一定回去當面和妳對質的! 妳簡直是在幫妳公司倒米! 放心，我自問有一點點修養，不會用粗口罵妳的。。
最後，我只想說貴公司真的必須正視這件事情。當然，我也不會因為貴公司有這樣一位“出色”的員工而不再光顧你們。。畢竟這只是個別事件。只好祈求以後別讓我那麼“幸運”遇到這位員工來serve 我就可以了?

So your company has always been my first choice, but the only thing that puzzles me is that the service attitude of a certain employee of your company is really very problematic! I also bite the bullet and asked in a good voice: (like begging for dad sauce?) Can you help me see if there is any stock in other branches? You were so unwilling to check for me and told me that there were stocks in other stores, so that I could buy them at other stores. . I drove to your company's branch to have a look, but it turned out to be out of stock!! Listen! Out of stock! ?

Ordered medicine for urgent purpose for more than 3 weeks and the staff initially promised to have it within one week
Despite phoned few times to remind but there was no follow up
After 3 weeks time the staff still find excuse and say that the medicine still not yet arrive but when I mentioned that I will order from other pharmacy only they changed the words and said that the stock already arrived!
Liar and very irresponsible! I am totally disappointed with your service!
