★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Locks selection is so limited, only China brand but the price is sky high. Duplicates some keys here today, they charge RM2 per key duplicate even though it is small postbox key. Their price is insanely sky high, the postbox key usual cost RM0.80 - RM1.00 in Georgetown but this Mega Locksmith & Supplies shop in Relau is charging double. I am sure Georgetown shop rental and labour cost is higher as compared to Relau/Bukit Jambul so Mega Locksmith & Supplies shop is slaughtering their customers with sky high price. Don't go if you have a choice.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They solved your issue quick but they did not inform me they will be late (employee did apologies) and the uncle is rude. If I know how to do why do I need you. I pay you to come. Why do you need to scold and be rude to me. Rm50 to reset the alarm but my honda city cannot start the engine due to alarm issue. They charged rm100 to travel to my place and just to reset the alarm. It took about 5mins to reset and the journey is relau to lip sin.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice shop, contains all types of locks. All in one shop. BUT charges are very high. My car remote key has some problem. They just did wire soldering for one component and charged some 40RM. So took out 2 stars.
