★ ★ ★ ★ ★ What good about this place is that it serves both dry and wet groceries which most marts don't have, so it's very convenient.
BUT, the price labelling is so POOR. Barang2 tak dilabel secara individu, bahkan label barang di rak barang2 pun tak tepat.
My suggestion is, label satu2 barang tu, jangan letak label pada rak je, sebab saya tahu sebagai kedai runcit mestilah barang2 tu selalu beralih tempat, jadi lain kali kalau barang2 tu dialihkan lagi, tak ada lah tersalah label lagi.
Saya faham banyak masa diperlukan untuk buat semua ni, tapi percaya lah kalau Mega berjaya buat ni, rating kedai akan meningkat, saya sendiri pun akan tukar rating saya.
For now, masih 2 bintang.

BUT, the price labeling is so POOR. Items are not labeled individually, even the label on the shelves is not accurate.
My suggestion is, label one of the items, do not put the label on the shelf, because I know as a grocery store the items must always change places, so next time if the items are moved again, there will be no more labeling.
I understand it takes a lot of time to do all this, but believe me if Mega succeeds in doing this, the store rating will increase, I myself will change my rating.
For now, still 2 stars.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staff di kaunter pembayaran perlu lebih 'polite'. Tak perlu berkasar dengan pelanggan jika pelanggan membayar menggunakan duit RM50.Boleh bertanya dengan pelanggan jika mempunyai duit kecil dengan polite bukan dengan marah-marah.
Staff at the checkout counter need to be more 'polite'. There is no need to be rude to the customer if the customer pays using RM50. You can ask the customer if they have small money politely and not angrily.
