★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sent my gold ring here to get it fixed because the stones are getting loose. They said they will tight it around the stone edges. Received my ring back in 3 days, but the stones didnt shine quite the same. They look dull compare to before. Mind you, my stones are original swarovsky crystal and not CZ stones. Before this, i dont need to wash it with soap to make it shiny. But after i got it fixed, they dont shine even i wash it or put under bright light. I dont know what they did to my ring to make the stones look dull and cheap. Im so sad and disappointed. Won't be back again or recommend anyone to get their jewelry fixed here.
